Rogue Warrior is an extremely short and generic shooter that’s reminiscent of a 1980’s action movie and does offer some bits of fun. But don’t expect greatness.
Killzone is an average shooter that manages to stand out thanks to its unique atmosphere. This remastered version could use a bit more polish.
Amid Evil is very impressive with gameplay that delivers on fun and excitement. It’s a retro shooter you should definitely be looking forward to.
DUSK is an early access retro first-person shooter that represents a different time and is a shit-ton of fun.
Kirby Super Star is fun, charming, and easy to pick up and play. It’s also way too short and way too easy.
Halo: Reach is Bungie’s swan song of the series. It’s also one of the best games in the franchise thanks to an excellent campaign and the amazing Firefight mode.
A fantastic entry in the Halo franchise with a unique atmosphere and tone. It’s balls to the wall action from beginning to end, it was the first entry to include the excellent Firefight mode, and there’s no Flood.
Halo 2 opened a door and left us hanging at the end. I can honestly say Halo 3 gives the trilogy closure and is a fitting end. Finishing the fight is well worth it.
Ion Maiden is aiming to be an old-school shooter that runs on the Build Engine which powered games like Duke Nukem 3D, the original Shadow Warrior, and Blood.
Halo 2 improves the core gameplay mechanics found in the original and introduces several new staples to the series.
