Torchlight II is easily one of the best games in the action RPG genre. If you enjoy building characters, slaying monsters, and addictive gameplay, Torchlight II is a must play.
If it wasn’t for the Nemesis System, Shadow of Mordor would be a very generic game that introduces nothing new and if you enjoy the freeflow combat mechanics, there’s a lot to love here.
Gauntlet Legends has plenty of replay value and is just a fun and addicting experience which is what makes this series so great. However, if you hated the original Gauntlet games then we can’t say there is anything here for you that is worthwhile so we recommend you stay away.
Torchlight doesn’t do anything revolutionary for the genre but what it does do is offer a fun an addicting experience with some great additional features.
Work your way down to Hell in this groundbreaking, now classic, action RPG. Yeah, it has problems but there’s still something special about it. It’s the first game in a series that is beloved by millions.
Fallout 4 is an action-RPG with a ridiculous amount of in-game customization. The detailed, post-apocalyptic world of Boston is fun to explore and the main story actually kept me engaged. The few drawbacks it does have are not enough to keep players from investing several hundred hours into the game.
