007 Legends is an average shooter with a few memorable moments.
The House of the Dead: Overkill – Extended Cut is an enhanced version of the Wii game, includes new content, and is the definitive experience.
Killzone 2 is one of the best first-person shooters on the PlayStation 3. It’s an experience that should not be missed.
Killzone is an average shooter that manages to stand out thanks to its unique atmosphere. This remastered version could use a bit more polish.
Alien Breed is a dated, but still fun, game with a focus on maze-like levels and blowing away hordes of aliens.
A flawed but fun game and the best in the Time Crisis: Razing Storm collection.
Time Crisis: Razing Storm could have been so much more and even combined on the same disk with Time Crisis 4 doesn’t make up for either game’s shortcomings like being extremely short in length. Third game on the disk, Deadstorm Pirates, was reviewed separately.
Terminator Salvation is a terrible game based on a semi-decent movie in an awesome franchise. Terminator fans will be disgusted and action fans will be extremely disappointed. Just stay away from this game.
Ninja Gaiden Sigma is a remaster of a masterpiece. Even with it’s fancy visuals and new additions, it doesn’t hold a candle to the original Ninja Gaiden or Ninja Gaiden Black. Some of the gameplay tweaks are questionable but it does manage to rectify some issues that veterans might appreciate. Overall, this is still a great game and gives PlayStation 3 owners a taste of Ninja Gaiden.
